by peterstone » Sat Aug 15, 2009 10:17 pm

Hi,

After the latest update, my B2B is not working. Before the update everythings went fine. Now even with correct password n login name, i am showed with an error "Your login information is incorrect."

Not only that, i changed the b2b graphic, the main login page of the graphic "partner login" was not changed.

Please advise whats the problem.

Thanks.

Which version are you using? Have you upgraded to 4.0.4816 yet and tried again?

Please verify your login info by going to Orders->Customers->B2B Users. Enter the name of the customer you are trying to log in with and click Next. Now click Edit and verify that the contents of the Login Name field matches what you are trying to log in with. Also enter in the Password and (Verify) fields with your password and Save. Go to the B2B section and let me know if you are able to log in.

Thanks for the screenshots, it does look like you have set up you account correctly. Please check to make sure the b2b folder in nolapro\uploads is set to full read-write permissions. If this does not solve the problem we may need to take a look at your database.

This can be done by right clicking the B2B folder and viewing the properties. You should see something for permissions.

Yes, if you are still having problems logging in try changing your permissions to 777 for this directory.
